Team managers play an important role in the success of any program. North Salem has been blessed with some wonderful team managers over the years. We are grateful for their service and consider them just as valuable to our team as any individual wrestler.
Senior Marisol Montes leads a large group of young team managers. This is her fourth year helping our wrestling program and has been amazing from the start. She helps track athlete grades, film wrestling matches, among a variety of other things. She has been a great mentor for our younger team managers and continues to lead by example.
Sophomore
Esperanza Gonzalez graduated from North Salem in 2017. She was a valuable team member for three years in high school. She helped establish routines and competition week protocols for team managers. She was a very talented drill team member and helped her JROTC drill team placed 2nd at the national tournament. She also sang the national anthem for the vikings at multiple events (even after she graduated). She now goes to Western Oregon and still tries to stay in touch with her wrestling family when she is back in town. Thank Espie for your years of service!
